2. What data we collect
- Contact data you provide — when you submit our contact, booking, or audit forms: your name, email address, and optionally phone, company, project type, budget, timeline, and the contents of your message.
- Technical data — when you visit the site, our hosting provider and CDN automatically process limited data such as your IP address, browser type, and request time, for security and to deliver the page.
- Analytics data — only if you consent to analytics cookies (see our Cookie Policy). No analytics or marketing scripts load before you give consent.
3. Why we use it and the legal basis
- Respond to your enquiries and provide quotes — steps prior to a contract / legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)/(f)).
- Operate, secure, and maintain the website — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Analytics and marketing — your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).
4. Processors and recipients
We share data only with service providers acting on our instructions, including:
- Email delivery — our contact forms are delivered via an email service provider (Resend) so we can receive and reply to your message.
- Hosting & CDN — our website host serves the site and processes technical data.
We do not sell your personal data. Some providers may process data outside your country; where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
5. Retention
We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterwards for follow-up and record-keeping, then delete it. Consent records and technical logs are kept for limited periods.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise any right, email hello@iautilabs.com.
7. Cookies
We use a strictly necessary cookie to remember your consent choice and, only with your permission, analytics/marketing cookies. See the Cookie Policy and use Cookie settings in the footer to change your choice at any time.
8. Changes
